William Y. Finley, NP

W Finley was great and I would have given a comment about my experience but the survey only asked one question. And that was rating with star's. But surely I digress. W Finley, answered all my questions without hesitation. He's knowledgeable and obviously well versed in his profession.... I highly suggest that if u have hart issues and need help . Hart institute is the best place to get the proper medical attention. They'll treat you like gold.. W Finnly was one of a team of professionals who attended to my needs and produced answer's that put to rest the questions raised after a PCP's EKG told them it was one thing when it was another thing all together different but in the same naborhood as the one thing. U see??!..... Anyway go to the best "Hart institute". U can't go wrong. . Thanks for letting me comment on this topic. DRC. ;).

Seems to coordinate with other staff very well which adds to a comfortable atmosphere. Aside from openness, projects competence. Interpreted results of stress test effectively and provided a plan for future care. Listened well and incorporated my input into his assessment/plan. Only would liked to have understood the results better in terms of some of the numbers and terminology. I feel certain that, had I asked, I would have gotten answers.

Very friendly and easy to get along with. I had high expectations that my time with Mr. Finley would be different from the time spent with the practice physicians because he is a nurse. I was let down when all the skills he learned as a nurse were put to the wayside and traded for gathering numbers and data. Not all data is derived from tests. Some important information is gleaned from asking questions and listening to the patient. I believe that Mr. Finley is a more than competent practitioner but he needs to incorporate his nursing background into his current level of practice and see how much more data he can gather from the patient to provide a more (w)holistic examination and plan of treatment.

I had an appointment with Will as a followup after a test result showed I had an elevated coronary artery calcium score. Will took the time to answer all of my questions and was able to provide a thorough explanation of my situation. I left the appointment very relieved that Will Finley was my provider that day. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again or recommend him to others.

Professional, likable, relaxed, listened to me.
