Not worth it. Unprofessional practices and hot mess of a billing department. Was referred here by my prenatal provider to quickly investigate some heart palpitations. At my echocardiogram while I was undressing a woman barged in to get something with barely any warning or consent, just said "Im a girl!" by way of explanation. Then, throughout the appointment, while I was still lying shirtless on the table, several other people came into the room to grab things every 5 minutes! They did this like 8 times in my 45 minute appointment and even stopped bothering to knock after the first couple times. The person doing my echcardiogram was apologetic but that should not be happening at a medical facility. In addition, billing is a mess. No one mentioned any copays for my appointments until the 2nd or 3rd appointment, and if you have any questions about your billing, no one up front ever seems to have answers, they just tell me that the finance person is out and I'd have to talk to her tomorrow. At my last appointment I made sure to ask what all was due and paid up while I was there, but I keep getting text messages saying I owe more. I immediately call and inquire, and am always told they are going to refer me to the finance department, which is always a voicemail box whenever I call. Today I called the main number again and was told that the finance person always is out after 2pm and that they'll call me back (which generally doesn't happen). If the finance person is always out after 2pm, why not say that directly instead of forwarding me to a voicemail as if there might be a person on the other end? Last time I called back multiple times over the course of days to finally reach a person about the mystery charge, and they said there shouldn't be a charge and that they'd look into it and get back to me about it. They didn't and the last I heard was yet another text about some mysterious balance on my account for a different number than last time, so I'm back to calling to investigare and the whole run around there. Overall this plave has been a massive headache and I regret being referred here.

Rating 2 stars because NP, Kristyn is the first provider in years to listen to my husband and help him. HOWEVER, the front office is atrocious and a liability. They are very rude and unhelpful. Their lack of communication to the provider is so bad that my husband's health is declining and they still refuse to help despite all of the urgent phone calls we keep making to them. Their office manager is just as rude and unhelpful. I am an office manager for a medical facility so I understand what the job entails and it does not entail ignoring patients and being disrespectful. Please understand that your front office team is going to cause you to lose your medical license if it does not get corrected.

I wanted a second opinion from a cardiologist after having a heart attack. Found this place, called, spent 15 minutes on the phone booking an appointment...10ish days later I show up for my appointment. They had all of my information in their system, I saw my info on the receptionists computer screen. But she stated I didn't have an appointment and should book one. How do you have all of my information but no appointment? Complete waste of time.

I cannot believe that you would have a place like this and run out of product. This is just absolutely absurd. You need better inventory control or a competent manager.

From start to finish, this was a bad experience. This office either cancelled or revised almost every appointment I ever had with them at the last minute and on one occasion, the office staff failed to reschedule one of my appointments altogether, requiring me to miss work and drive there for an appointment that didn't exist. Meanwhile, they are constantly sending you text messages about how you will be charged if you alter any of your appointments without DAYS of advance notice. In May 2024 I had a follow-up scheduled from the previous year and I made an error and thought it was on a Thursday and it was actually on Wednesday. I show up for the appointment I thought I had and the worker at the front desk tries to charge me $100 for a "no-show" the previous day. I refused to pay the fee and explained to her why I thought it wasn't warranted. Honest mistake. I had an outstanding co-pay of $12 that I did pay and then she rescheduled me for a few days later. Fast forward to the day of my new appointment: they cancel last minute. Again. Then I start getting calls saying I still owe them the $12 dollars I paid them and had the receipt for. Now they are sending me emails and text messages still trying to charge me $100 and threatening to send it to collections. Vessel health obviously values their time more than that of their clients and they will NEVER get $100 from me. An organization that operates in this manner doesn't deserve your business and I will strongly advise anyone to avoid them.
