I had a truly positive experience at the cardiologist's office. From the moment I arrived, the entire team--nurse, doctor, and assistants--made me feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely understanding of my needs. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It's rare to find a medical team that combines professionalism with such compassion. Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking thoughtful, patient-centered care.

My cardiologist, Dr. Yau, is an excellent physician and a very personable man. Were I rating only him, I would gladly give him 5 stars. The reason I can't assign NM Heart Institute the same is the bureaucratic hoops one must jump through in order to see any provider. Online pre-registration for an appointment takes longer than the appointment itself. And even if you've filled out their many pages of forms only days previously, you have to go over every screen again.

My experience has been pretty good. My last appointment was with Geoffrey NP. It was very good. I generally like seeing np's or PA's better than the Drs. They have more time and I find them very competent. Geoffrey is especially good.

I was pretty nervous about my first appointment, But Dr Yau made sure I was going to be ok. Just to lose weight and stay off carbs. Everybody in the office are very kind and respectful.

Other than not knowing that Dr. Brown was no longer on the 3rd floor everything went really well. We went back to the office on time the PA was very friendly and competent. Dr Brown didn't leave us waiting and I was happy to see a smile on his face as we went over what was going on, my medical situation and meds that I'm taking. All in all it was a very good experience.
