Michael Carpenter is amazing! He is very thorough, understanding, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything. They would get a 5star if it wasn't for the front desk receptionist named Sheila. She was rude and scolded me like a child for missing appointments. I did not appreciate her tone of voice. No one needs to be talked to in that manner regardless of how many appointments missed.
