He was very short, did not even let my father(the patient) speak. When he had a question, he held his hand in front of my father's face and said don't get agitated. He did not acknowledge any concern. He raised his voice and said you're doing this and made his exit. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. His behavior was horrible toward concerned patients.

Bit of a late review, i seen him a while back, but it was a good experience, he made sure i understood what was going on and even though i was really just having myself checked because of family history, it was still treated exactly the same as if i had an active issue. All was fine and all the stsff there were really friendly and helped out and very helpful when i needed more monitor stickers etc

Doctor Massoud is a capable and caring professional that factually informs one of the problems in a tactful manner; direct and to the point of the matter. I think he's truthfully a four and a half star level but this program won't let me reflect it in the star field. No change from last visit. I truly dislike doing the telephone audio only visitations. From my perspective the one conducted on the 12th of May (four month interval), had little if any, value. I also believe my visits should go back to and remain at 6 month intervals unless my health degrades and warrants more frequent visits.

Personal could be a little more friendly and explain what they are doing instead of assuming that the patient know. Doctor definitely knows what he is doing. Appointment was on time. Will probably go back as this is almost the only rated cardio doctor around and also understand better what is happening when I go next time..

I've been coming to cardiology for a year now to try to figure out what is going on. This is the first time I've seen him. If this is the first time you see a patient you should be looking at their file, not asking me what's in my file. The entire appointment was to tell me to come back cuz he didn't look at my 3 heart monitors. I'm military so I'm used to civilian doctors taking advantage of us to get easy money from the government but come on. It's been over a year!
