I had my 6-month follow up visit with Melinda Kozma on 17 Jan 24. As always she and the staff were super attentive to my needs and extremely friendly. I was seen quickly and yet my appointment was not rushed. We discussed my condition in depth and then went over what I could expect next in the course of my treatment. It was a greatly informative appointment and I left feeling confident I was doing all the right things to keep my heart healthy and that I was completely on track with my recovery.

My appointment was at 2:10, I got registered, and checked in super fast. I was called back at 2:06. They are incredibly efficient, professional, and nice. It has been the best experience I have ever had with a medical clinic. The staff are super sweet but the cardiologist I was seeing saw that there are issues with my heart and didn't do anything to help me. I have since found a better cardiologist.

Most informative medical care appointment I've had in years. Provider took time to explain test results and listened carefully while I went over my medical history which is quite long. I was not rushed and the provider, Melinda, was very attentive and covered all details of what I might expect after further tests are completed. She even showed me pictures of the heart and explained where the area of concern was located and why it could be a potential problem.

Would put zero stars if I could. The office staff were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. We made an appointment for follow-up after my wife's heart attack, and they changed the time without notifying us. Then they said we missed the appointment and they couldn't see her. No helping us make another appointment, no apologies or trying to fix the issue, just rude condescending glares from behind the glass. This was one of the worst encounters with healthcare office staff we have ever experienced.

Dr Massoud is my, heart Dr. I have been very happy with the care given by him. He understood my illness and continues to give periodic checkups. His staff is also very attentive. We have appreciated their concern and care
