Worst office. Always an hour wait FOR ANYTHING. No referrals without a visit. No visit without an hour wait. A staff that just DOES NOT CARE. Find yourself a different doctor if you have any choice at all.

This is a very poorly-run practice. Perhaps the medical care is acceptable, but customer care is severely lacking. Appointments are meaningless since there is ALWAYS a minimum delay of 45 minutes to 1 hour. When calling, you are ushered through a voice-messaging nightmare. You can never talk to a live person unless you leave a message and they call you back. On my most recent visit, I waited almost TWO HOURS, only to find out they basically forgot I was even there until they were ready to close for the night! Sad to say, this practice represents all that is wrong with the delivery of health care in this country today. I'm moving on ... so should you.

****Note, this is for Suite 202/The Christ Hospital Imaging Center aka Cardiac Imaging of EHMC Woodland Park***** The rule of thumb in any business is to treat your guests, customers, and patrons with the respect that you would hope to be treated with. If you cannot do this, then find another profession. Otherwise, we, as your local patrons will excercise our rights to review aka bash your business -in a fair, but merciless manner. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Today, my girlfriend told me that she had an appointment here & one of the employees took exception with her 2 year old laughing and well you know...being a 2 year old. The employee came out of the office and in a very rude manner asked my girlfriend to tell her baby to stop screaming. To those who are reading this, please be reminded that there are other- more professional ways to handle a situation such as this. For example, the staff member could get off their miserable butt and offer to put on cartoons to help distract the toddler. Alternatively, the poor excuse of an employee could offer a coloring book, bring the toddler a toy, or simply remind themselves that it is a TWO year old. Telling a parent to silent their baby not only demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, but it is also inexcusable & unworthy of anyone's business. The reviews online of this place speak for themselves. Stay far away from this unprofessional, unorganized business. If you care about your heart health- trust me on this- the stress alone in dealing with this place will only make things worse. Shame on your business for allowing your staff to speak to individuals the way they do. You would be well served to remove "Christ" from your business name because there is nothing "Christian" about this dive.

I scheduled an appointment only to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. My time was not respect and the communication was poor.

Excellent office, kind staff. Wait times were very short and everyone answered all the questions that I had. Staff were very prepared when a fire alarm went off and were very safe. Excellent office will return again.
