I just cancelled an appointment because an horrible experience with the front desk. I called them because I don't have the office number in the building, and they were scared that I was thinking to put a bomb or something. Then, the stupid lady at the phone ask me why I was calling them, I said because I have an appointment with you but I don't have your office number. One minute waiting and ask me again why I'm calling them. OMG! If possible to be more stupid. Bye, bye, Cardiology Associates. I will look to some better customer service.
