I am very impressed with Dr. Fremed and his staff. Both the arteries to my brain were clogged. After discussing the procedure (carotid endarterectomy) I needed and his very clear explanation, we decided to clear the left artery first. The operation was a complete success and followup care was first rate. I know that I will need my right artery taken care of as well. We will discuss the timing of the second surgery in a couple of weeks.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a doctor's office. I understand I am a younger adult and I might not "look" in pain, but that does not mean the doctors and nurses get to be rude, dismissive, and annoyed by my presence. I came to you for help, was treated like a burden, then served an OUTRAGEOUS bill for literally NO work done, and for the staff to act annoyed with me being there. I came to this office to help fix pain in my leg, only to have the nurse get annoyed with me while explaining my issue, and the doctor become exasperated at the thought of having to do a surgery in hospital. Which, by the way, was completely misdiagnosed and I had to get a second professional opinion from a HOSPITAL who said I do not need the surgery they mentioned. The staff at the hospital were more than happy to help me and actually believed I was in pain. The TCVCG office also told me I had previous blood clots in the affected area, which was a LIE! I actually cannot believe the treatment I received while trying to get help at TCVCG. I'm SO sorry my pain is SUCH an inconvenience for you, maybe choose a career path where you don't have to interact with people every day. Or, maybe actually think about the way you interact with patients!

The entire staff is caring and professional, most of all excellence bedside manner.

I visited this office on November 26, 2024 and was so impressed with the professionalism and outgoing personalities of the front desk staff, Stephanie A. and Valerie H. They made a new patient very comfortable and relaxed, which should be a consideration for all patients at any doctor's office. Eventually I was seen by Elizabeth Coll and I can't thank her enough for bringing to light the questionable motives of another doctor who had sent me for a procedure she immediately deemed unnecessary. Every patient needs advocates within their private healthcare journey and she definitely was one for me! Thank you to CCG for a fantastic visit!
