I'll be filing a complaint against Dr Bhatt and her staff was supposed to get an echocardiogram done as part of medical clearance for a procedure her office never submitted the stuff over to my insurance then say the doctor changed her mind she doesn't want you to get it done she also said ooh good you had the echocardiogram done that I ordered your staff lied and said you changed your mind saying I didn't need it anymore I literally just saw her today her response well what's the problem I'll give medical clearance problem is you and your staff played games I could've got the procedure done in July now I can't stay outta the hospital or infection free to have it done then proceeds to tell me this isn't gonna work out find a new cardiologist she can also blame the office staff for me filing a complaint cuz I damn for sure am doing that before the end of the day

please dont ever see Dr.hyon shes the most terrible dr ive ever met unkind late makes you wait for ever and makes you feel unwelcomed she has a nasty attitude no one answers impossible to get results will never come back

I initially had a great experience at this facility, but their scheduling has soured me entirely. My initial appointment was on April 11th. I was asked to come back for a test, which they said couldn't be done until May 27th. A month and a half is a bit extreme, but I liked the doctor I saw so I agreed. Today, May 24th, they called and said they needed to reschedule because the tech "won't be around". I'm not happy, but I think they'll offer Monday as an option to reschedule my Friday appointment. "The next we have available is July..." So, they expect patients are just going to be ok with waiting THREE MONTHS from their initial appointment to have a follow up test done, and when they screw up and can't hold an appointment they think it's acceptable to kick that patient down the road for TWO MONTHS. Avoid this facility.
