Total Cardiology Care

Called to make an appointment for my elderly mother. I asked what is a landmark? Are there any stores near by? Are you on the same side as black oak ridge rd. Receptionist said OTHER SIDE of black oak ridge rd, and NO stores nearby. We took a dry run. It IS on the same side as black oak ridge rd. There IS a thai restaurant & an oral surgeon's office & a gym next door. If your receptionist cant give good directions to the office, how can old people without a GPS even find the place? SMH

My experience was positive because the people there are professional, thoughtful, and gracious. Dr Znamenski is absolutely a treasure. Going to this group is a positive experience because they take their time listen to your fears answer your questions with intelligent concise thoughtful answers. I never felt rushed and I never felt talk down to. It's refreshing to go to a a specialist's office and walk away feeling like you were the only one in the office at the time.Knowledge is power, and when I walk away from this very fine Cardio Group I always feel empowered because I am included in on decisions about my health, I definitely feel like I'm a part of a team.

When I made my appointment I was told I would receive a call if there was a problem with my insurance. I received no call yet when I arrived for my appointment they informed me they do not accept my insurance and I would be billed for my appointment. I called my insurance company and they confirmed that my insurance should be accepted there but the office still would not and said I would be billed. I left because who can afford a bill like that. I also had to take a day off for the appointment and I am now out a day's pay. Take caution with their billing practices.

For six months I felt tired, out of breath and weak. My PCP did a cardiogram and sent me to Total Cardiology Care that day. I needed 2 stents and an ablation. Dr Znamensky did the stents a few days later. Three months later Dr Ahmad did the ablation. I will admit I was scared and apprehensive. Everything turned out great. I feel ten years younger. The doctors and staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. They genuinely care about you and your well being. The doctors are very professional with a personal touch. Do not hesitate to put your care in their hands.

The office staff is incredibly efficient. My doctor, who also is my wife's doctor, is thorough with his exams, is empathethic, and a very caring person. I would most certainly recommend this office to friends and family.
