I'm a new patient at this office, all I can say is I had a professional experience all in all. I had been referred to another Doctor for follow up within the same network. Making an appointment was difficult experience had to call Dr. Rathi's office for assistance. They were very understanding. Patient care and professional support is very important. Than you for your assistance.

As always, I left Dr. Rathi feeling confident that I am receiving the best cardiac care! He is always willing to take the time to answer all my questions. He is very thorough and very compassionate. He truly cares about his patients.

Had an emergency room visit unrelated to anything cardiac. Was given an EKG anyway, and Mr. Rathi reviewed it as significantly abnormal and did not reach out. I had to hound the very nice ladies at the office to convince him to call me. Once he did days later, he was argumentative, defensive, contradictory and blamed everyone else but himself. He told me to worry about it in the same breath not worry about it. Thankfully all was well, but no thanks to him. Ravi should retire. Clearly forgot his Hippocratic Oath and has no idea what the term "good beside manner" means.

What i loved about my visit is the team work at the office on Franklin Street office. The Technician that took my vitals was very kind. Dr rathi is effective, efficient and very kind I trust him for my health care.

I went to Dr. Rathi for the first time and he is absolutely wonderful. He is a doctors doctor. I travelled a long distance to go see him. He is so caring and so wonderful. I highly highly recommend him. He was Recomended by another doctor who was also his patient. It turns out Dr. Rathi has so many doctors as his patients. They says something about him. His diagnostic skill are amazing and he is very cautious and thorough and does everything that needs to be done to have a good outcome. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST.
