Vivek V Sailam MD; The Heart House

This was our first visit for my husband following an emergency hospital stay. We were so pleased with Dr Sailam and the staff at the Heart House. We were able to get an appointment quickly upon discharge and further tests lined up very efficiently. The Doctor and staff took their time to explain the tests, recommend treatment going forward and did it all in the most personable manner. We felt at ease in a difficult situation and will feel comfortable receiving future care from this group and office.

Nursing doctors are great don't have a complaint. BUT the receptions was kind of off putting. When I was there I had a small issue I just wanted to double check everything was worked out. so when I tried to talk to reception instead of just saying "hello, how may i help you" The receptionist tried to guess my name and why I was there. that's the best way to describe it. She eventually guessed my name right and addressed my issue but it felt like it took like 15 minutes when she could have just said "how may I help you" and I would have told her my name and why I was there, it would have taken all of two minutes at most so it was kind of an odd experience.

The heart house is great! They all know what they are doing and took care of me!! The Dr checked my file and said why do you keep coming back here and I said because they keep telling me to get different test! He said you don't need go come back your heart is fine! I was so thankful!!

Dr. Sailam took his time in listening to my symptoms and concerns and went the extra mile in thoroughly providing the care I needed. Excellent experience and would highly recommend him

Love Dr. Sailam! He is very thorough, pleasant, and kind. He listens to you, and addresses any issues you are having. I would highly recommend him. He has been my Cardiologist for 6 years.
