Had a wonderful experience. I have gone to doctors for the majority of my life and this visit has been one of the best visits so far. I had an appointment at 3 pm however I arrived two hours earlier than my time and they were very accommodating and even saw me earlier. The front was very kind and sweet. Handled my insurance and paperwork perfectly. After my EKG my doctor took time to explain the results and even used the diagram so I can better understand. He is very kind and made me feel very comfortable. He also doesn't just look at me as a patient but as a person. Very heart warming if I can give 100 stars I would

Please. Whatever you do...avoid this place. They told me they accepted my insurance when they in fact did not. I will concede, that in the fine print of there contract it states that it is the patients responsibility to make sure that the doctor is within their network. With that said, you would hope and assume that a doctors office has the minimal competence needed to quickly search whether or not they take your insurance. This was not a mere mistake, however. I dealt with the issue for over a month, calling about once a week to speak with someone about my balance due (luckily it was not a detrimental amount) and NEVER got a call back. During that time, I was told by ANOTHER employee that they excepted my insurance, when it was clear at this point they obviously did not. So it's apparent that the employees are likely told to just say yes when someone asks if they take their insurance, then let them pay out of pocket. Abhorrent. They finally put me through to a manager when I refused to let them "call me back" because it had been about 6 weeks. She pretty much told me that it was my fault for not doing the research and then continued to accuse me of "just trying to get out of paying....." So, luckily I could afford what I owed and I was trying to clear up the issue based on principle because I was provided with false information. But god forbid you're a single mother, or someone who can't afford a few hundred dollar oversight, and now you have to deal with this because you made the mistake of trusting a doctors office to know what insurance they accept. THEN, they accuse YOU of just trying to get out of paying your bills. Absolutely disgraceful. Pitiful. I just don't have the words for how angry at this place I am, but also just upset that this is how they treat people. Patients.
Cherry on top? They called me the same day after I paid my balance, and asked if I needed to schedule another appointment. Like, are you kidding? Are you kidding. Unbelievable. Just, never.

This place is atrocious. I recommend no one to go here. I went there and was greeted by a very sassy receptionist. I had trouble understanding the doctor. He refuses to give me my reports til this day and it's been a year. Calling him almost 9-10 times in this period, the receptionist would say it was at the Newark clinic (I didn't go to the Newark clinic) or arriving at my house. That never happened and even after my primary physician called him several times, there was no response. Overall, it was a horrible experience for me.

So I reviewed this place a couple months back on how horrible it was and Im here once again to clarify that THAT IS STILL TRUE. I looked for another cardiologist (a better qualified one) and told me that what I had actually was called "supra ventricular tachycardia and that I had to get an ablation for it. Where as Rubinstein said it was jut because of stress, that I should "eat food with lots of salt and exercise." His last words before I left the clinic was "see you when you have your next episode." This doctor is a total joke, still wish I could rate it 0 stars once again like I said in my previous review. Horrible place, horrible staff too. Please don't go here. Trust me there are WAYYY better doctors, and receptionist out there.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would but it doesn't allow me to! This is the most disgusting place I've ever seen as a clinic! The girl working in the afternoon on Monday was horrible. Her attitude was horrible, she was answering the phone super nasty and through stuff around as if she didn't wanna work. Not only that but they are irresponsible! I went to pick up my file to go to another cardiologist (I had called two hours before to say I was gonna come pick them up) the nasty girl said they didn't have them! That they had sent them to their Clinic in Newark! UNBELIEVABLE! Considering the fact I haven't even attended their clinic in Newark. Overall 0 star for this place! Never going back and don't recommend anyone here!!! Don't go here!

I am an 18 year old boy who started to have irregular heartbeats, discomfort, severe chest pains, dizziness, super fast heartbeat without exerting any effort, my body felt very weak and severe headaches. I went to see this Doctor, he recommended medications to relieve palpitations, he saw that palpitations did not decrease, he sent me to do an Echocardiogram, when he saw the results he saw an electrical irregularity in my heart, he sent me immediately to the hospital for surgery, after the operation I feel much better with a normal and calm life, in addition to a good Doctor a good Counselor
