Unfortunately, the doctor was out for the day. Totally understandable, but I would of liked to have been informed of that, prior to waiting for an hour before finding out, and possibly given the option to reschedule or let me know that I would be seeing a practitioner instead. Staff is utterly unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment, I was hung up on twice, after waiting over 5 minutes on hold. Window staff was very dismissive. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, to fill out paperwork. I arrived 30 minutes early, only to wait 20 minutes before I had to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork, because the staff didn't check the sign in sheet. At the conclusion of the visit, I asked if there was a bill to be payed, because my insurance has a co pay. The lady at the desk asks me do I have insurance. My first thought is why wouldn't I. My second thought is all my information is in front of you. In short, it was the worst doctors visit I've ever had. Sad to say, because he came so highly recommended by my previous doctor who this current doctor replaced. This was at the Lawrenceville location.

I personally know Dr. Souidi He's a amazing doctor, caring and goes out he's way to help. Just like a doctor should be. I didnt give five stars because the staff on 40 fuld needs to learn a lot about how to talk to others. Sad that sometimes staff turn patient away, without them knowing that a doctor without many patients they will be out work.
