Capital Health - East Trenton

I remember one time my mom had to get blood work done and there was a dead cockroach in the room and it was one of those big New York ones and I told the guy who was doing the blood work and he said. "It's okay, it's dead". I couldn't wait to get out of that room. This place is as bad as Helene Fuld Hospital (Capital Health on Brunswick Ave).

This place, and the nurse Sam, was incredible! Very friendly and warm. We were in and out (for er visits) very quickly! If I had to go to the hospital in the area I'd go here... But I don't live here!

It's sad reading all of the horrible reviews for this hospital! I can't understand why this place hasn't been shut down yet! I saw quite a few reviews stating that it was on the verge of closing down years ago, but it appears to still be open today. It's pretty obvious they are not providing healthcare to this day. A family member of mine went here close to 20 years ago for a biopsy to check out a spot that had been being monitored for years on the lung. It had not grown or anything, but was recommended to have it done just to be on the safe side. They went in for biopsy and came out butchered with the whole upper right lobe of the lung gone! They informed that it was not cancerous and everything was all good. So now they are upper right lobeless and I guess someone's bank account was fattened from the organ. So I can truly understand all of your grievances on how someone can go in for help and never walk out. I know of another person that went here for a root canal and came out legless. How did that mix up occur? Beats me! Just straight up diabolical!!!! Im just trying to provide a heads up for those whom I may be able to help and save. Also, provide empathy to those who may have suffered equivalent treatment or worse.

Hospital is filthy and smells like urine. I don't know why Capitol health bought St Francis if they weren't going to improve it. Capitol health on Brunswick Ave is even worse. If you want to go to a clean hospital you have to go all the way to Hopewell!

I'm sorry but this hospital does not take proper action for peoples health and livelihood. I came here for a bad uti and I have history with kidney infections. For one they did not take any blood or hook me up to fluids. Then my fiancee came here 2 day's ago he blacked out hit his head and been having excruciating pain along his left leg. They did not give him a cat scan after the doctor told him that's what he wanted him to have done. They just rushed him out the door I will never go to this hospital again!!!!
