After getting an alarming ECG result, I called and left a message with staff to please have the doctor call me. SIX DAYS and THREE PHONE CALLS later, I still have not heard from him. You would think that a CARDIOLOGIST would call you back. Also, many times when you call during business hours no one answers the phone, and no answering service picks up either. It just rings for 15 minutes until you give up. I'll be transferring my records to a new doctor STAT.

The office was busy, but very organized. Dr. Gupta was very kind and spent quite a while going over things us. Tests that needed to be scheduled he took care of himself! Very good bedside manner and triple checked that we understood everything he was saying. I'd give him an A+!

Amazing. Dr Gupta is an incredible person and a doctor. Celsey, Taylor and Marina are incredible. So helpful during my office visits or on the phone. I would highly recommend Dr Gupta and his staff for anyone looking for a cardiologist from start to finish. I had the opportunity to have Dr Gupta operate on my heart and install stents several years ago and it was very clear to me how respect he was by the way the nurses and hospital staff spoke about him and interacted with him and he to them. Highly recommend Dr Gupta and his amazing staff.

As someone who has a heart condition for 24 years, through stents, my 3rd pacemaker, a heart attack and open heart surgery, I'd say Dr Patel has done a damn good job of keeping me alive. I don't care if I have to wait pass my appointment time. I'm writing this today because I'm alive to write this. Thank you Dr Patel.

I just can't wait for hours when I have an appointment! Three visits and each was hours waiting to see the doctor. They need to either stop taking new patients or hire more doctors. Waiting room full from start to end of day with each patient trying best to understand scheduling and lack of care. Although the doctors time is valuable, so is the patients. My heart cannot take it.
