Great office. Receptionist was very kind and could get an appointment for me ASAP. Great doctor! Very professional!! Even he doesn't talk too much, he knows what he is doing. This is the most important in medical field. I am very satisfied with service and care.
Dr. Berger was recommended by another physician in the Toms River area. His office staff was able to get me in quickly for an appointment and also expedited a follow up test. Dr. Berger has a great bedside manner and was thorough in his examination and explanation if treatment.
The nurse or receptionist is NOT nice at all. I work in the medical field and would never be rude to a patient for missing their appointment. I understand I missed my appointment but I wrote the wrong date on my calendar. She yelled at me at the phone and my staff since she called my work number and my staff answered/asked who she was when she wanted to speak to me. Very rude, I will never make another appointment.
Dr. Berger and his receptionist were wonderful. I had my procedure right away and his bedside manner is wonderful. Thank you Dr. Berger!
