Been A patient of Dr. Parag Patel for leaky valve issue for sometime now and I am very pleased with him as a physician. He is compassionate and caring and spends as much time with you as necessary. He is consistent, organized, professional and has a great staff! I would highly recommend him.
The worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. First, I had test scheduled in the office. I spent 7 hours there mostly just waiting. Then I had a sonogram of my heart in a room with a tech. She had me disrobe while she remained in the room and when I asked for a robe I was told they don't offer them but once I laid on the table she would throw a sheet over me. How humiliating!! Once the test was completed I was directed to an adjoining room to get dressed. Wrapped in a sheet I entered a room which was essentially a storage area where I got dressed. It has been nearly a month since my tests were performed and I have been unable to obtain my results. I've made 7 phone calls to the office and each time was told they would send a message to the doctor. I had my primary care doctor call for the records and they were not sent to him. My oncologist called for the records and was told they were not ready and to give them another week. I was told they were ready but had to be signed off by the doctor. I do not recommend this horrific practice to anyone. Please, for your own sake find a cardiologist who actually takes an interest in your health and not one driven by the almighty dollar. Absolutely dusgusting!!!!!
horrible wait times waited over 4.5 hours for a 4 hour test that was never finished 3 times the office canceled my tests after I had to take off of work but if I canceled I had to pay them since they canceled I'm beat. if u make an appointment at 7 am before u have no where to be until 6 pm if your lucky
This office is a joke! 8:45AM appointment to do a stress test. Six hours later and still sitting here. They pack in people like sardines to make $. Try and find a different doctor at all cost.
