Horrible I was to bring my 17 year old to Dr Arrouki to this doctor's office first of all directions were completely absurd trying to get into the building to where this is located finally when I got into the building and I was registering my child on my paperwork I had stated I was the grandmother I am the adopted mother of my grandson as soon as I got to the front desk the receptionist said she needed my adoption papers in order to see my child which was absurd I never had that experience before he's legally adopted by the state of New Jersey which means I'm his mother that refused to let me see the doctor finally I contacted his high school and they fax the paperwork over to the doctor's office to provide proof of adoption which this whole thing was taking excess of an hour after that the doctor told the nurse to inform me that I needed to reschedule after they received all the paperwork because not this point I had missed my appointment this was a horrible experience waste of time completely my doctor's office pediatrician contacted them personally and told them that I was the mother my name is on all the paperwork and the insurance after they finally got all the paperwork that they were asking for best refuse to see my child because they said it took too long I would not take my dog to this office

Imagine having a pregnant wife and having to go to the hospital for some tests in the midst of the COVID-19 breakout. Obviously, not near the top 99.9% of places we'd like to be. BUT, the team at overlook made the process as seamless and safe as we could have wished for. Besides properly spacing out appointments to limit contact amongst strangers, they had us call them 10 minutes before the appointment to confirm that my wife was not showing any signs of sickness nor was within the company of any high risk individuals within the last two weeks. Other safety measures included taking her temperatures upon arrival and only letting the patient into the building. The staff was friendly and professional, and finished the exam in record time.

I went here for my 20-week pregnancy anatomy scan three weeks ago. While it's during unprecedented times in the midst of a Covid-19 outbreak, the medical arts center professionals made my visit both reassuring and highly efficient. I received clear instructions and directions ahead of my appointment, was dropped off by my husband in front of the building while I went in myself, got a quick temperature screening in the lobby and answered some standard questions to rule out any Covid-related symptoms, and went to the fetal maternal section to sign in. The environment inside the FMC was relaxing and clean, and the staff who greeted me were friendly. I waited for 3 minutes, handed in my pre-filled forms, and went in to get my comprehensive ultrasound from the doctor. All medical staff had proper PPE, I had mask and gloves on, and my entire visit was under 40 minutes. During the scan, I got to ask questions and had detailed explanation of what I was looking at on the screen. In a few days, my OBGYN and I received the summary and everything checked out fine. This was my first time visiting after getting a referral from my OB and I'd highly recommend other pregnant women to use the facility and consult the doctors here.

Imagine having to take your pregnant wife for a check up during the Covid quarantine. Then imagine having to do it at a hospital!!! Thank goodness for the team at Overlook's MAC. Starting with the pre-arrival phone interview to pre-screen for Covid risk, to temperature screening upon entry, to proper check in with security, and then to the soft handling by the excellent staff, this appointment was a seamless experience, done by professionals with an eye for safety, comfort, and ease. Even though family members were not allowed to accompany, it at least gave me, the husband, the peace and quiet I deserve while waiting outside in the car:)
