So disappointed with the office manager. She was beyond rude and unprofessional. My sister was seen in the ER and needed a follow up. The office manager called her demanding payment for a bill from 2 years ago that she was not aware of. The office manager refused to let my sister see the doctor. What kind of doctor allows an office manager to speak to their pts like that? What kind of office refuses care to a pt who was just in the ER. Office manager should be ashamed and she owes my sister an apology!!
