Dr Dinesh Singal is an interventional cardiologist who is a vascular and vein specialist. He is the founder of the Cardio Metabolic Institute which also specializes in several programs for heart disease prevention. He is the Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab at Saint Peter's University Hospital and is an attending cardiologist at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick and Penn Medicine in Plainsboro, NJ. He has offices in Somerset, East Brunswick and Monroe in central NJ.

i think Dr. S is super bright. wish I could have him look at some of my messages as opposed to comments from others. Did I have a heart attack in 2023, when in the hospital. I had a high troponin level that i saw when reviewing my old medical records.
I have been going to Dr. Singal for over 30 years. He's a very accomplished physician that I have total confidence in. He has seen me through numerous cardiac events in my life and some have been lifesaving. So to say I trust him is an understatement. You can trust him also... BTW he's a nice guy as well:)
Good doctor and very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. One issue I have, is for the doctor or a nurse practitioner to call me back in a timely manner for an issue i have with a medication the doctor proscribed. I have been waiting for over 4 hours for a call back.
Be careful he can be quite nasty. I was his patient for a number of years and my only complaint was he overbooked that waiting time was long but was terminated by him on Oct.3,2024 on a telemedicine call. I just had a hip replacement done and hospital stopped one of my medications that Dr. Singal prescribed prior and I was having difficulty breathing. The call was 2 hours late so when he called I was already going to bed so all I got to say was I thought you weren't calling. Well his response to me was I don't need this I could be home with my family and I have been up since 5 am and his next word to me was I am terminating you and hung up. First of all he is lucky I didn't report him to the medical board for such unethical behavior towards a patient. He took an oath when he became a doctor. Secondly would he speak to his mother the same way. Inexcusable to say the least. I know everyone has a bad day so he should have called me the next day to apologize and speak to me properly but he did not. I have never been spoken in that manner. My advice is beware.
Dr. Singal is a five star doctor I work for the county and I transport a lot of people to him and now he's my doctor. I am proud to call him my doctor and I thank God that the Lord sent me to him even his staff I've never had a bad experience they're caring, smart, and their Work ethics are outstanding. The nurses that call you back are so smart. They honestly hire the best nurses. Thank you so much everyone for taking good care of me.
