I've been seeing the electrophysiologist, Dr. Maleki for some time now. As a patient with a congenital issue, I've been through a lot of offices and care. The provider, staff and nurses all work well with patient care and coordination. The office is clean, spacious, and for the most part efficient. However, it'd do them some good on training their front end staff to be a lot more courteous, warm and receiving. She tends to be short and not too friendly. Please understand that when clients come for testing, and not to see the provider, more often than not, they will not always need to pay a copayment. I've come here on numerous occasions and get asked to pay a copay for in office testing. Patients, know and understand your insurance and what your responsibilities are. Office, check insurance prior to possibly over charging a patient.
