About Dr. Omar Hasan, MD
Growing up, Dr Hasan was inspired by watching his father practice the art of orthopedic surgery. Dr Hasan attended Dhaka Medical College, in Bangladesh, and completed an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Newark Beth Israel. Dr Hasan sees patients with coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, and structural heart disease. He participates in student and resident education at Englewood Hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center, and Seton Hall University. He is also involved in clinical research and trials. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr Hasan was professional and knowledgeable. He knows how to treat a patient like a 'real' person, an individual.
