Dr Frankel is an amazing doctor. He truly looks out for his patients and spends as much time as you need to explain in terms you can understand. I always get a good feeling that he wants you to do well. We moved away from the area (over 3 hours away) when we retired, but travel back for my appointments with him as I trust he will do the best he can for me and is always honest with what is happening.

My mom had an appointment scheduled, and when it was first mentioned to her, the time relayed was 1:30. Today, we were told she missed the appointment. However, none of the text messages my mom received listed an actual time. It's very frustrating because the office calls to say she missed an appointment, but there is no call the day before to confirm the time--only a text without the appointment time included. She believed it was at 1:30 and wrote it on her calendar. She has never missed a doctor's appointment before and was looking forward to this one. She recently found out she has a heart murmur, and this appointment was extremely important to her. Now she has been told the earliest she can be seen is at the end of October, which feels very unfair given the miscommunication.
