Truly Grateful for the Care I Received
I want to give a huge thank you to everyone at St. Joseph's University Medical Center, especially the Charity Care team and the Emergency Department, for the incredible care I received during my orbital floor reconstruction surgery.
From the moment I came in, the staff treated me with real compassion. The ER team moved quickly, kept me calm, and made sure I understood what was going on with my injury. They didn't treat me like just another patient--they treated me like a person who mattered.
The Charity Care program was a blessing. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was able to get the surgery I needed without feeling overwhelmed. They were patient, respectful, and truly supportive.
My surgeons and nurses were amazing. They explained the procedure clearly, checked in on me constantly, and made me feel safe the entire time. The surgery went smoothly, and the level of professionalism from the whole team made a scary situation so much easier to deal with.
I'm extremely thankful for the care, kindness, and dedication this hospital showed me. St. Joseph's made a huge difference in my life, and I won't forget it.
Highly recommend this hospital and their Charity Care program to anyone in need of real, quality care.

And what can i tell you for STEPDOWN ICU for kids unite. They're so so nice. Very helpful. And also as a patients we need be little more patience with them too. Bcz they're there for your family when your not they're. Don't judge whole hospital beacuse of one person. Its a lot of good people are still there who work from they're

I'm sorry I don't have all your names.I would love to thank you individually but you couldn't be more on top of my pain and more on top of your game, there is no hospital or staff that has EVER been better to me, smart, kind considerate & EDUCATED. Just welcomed our baby girl here, and I can't thank the team enough for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality! My wife and I were nervous and stressed at first, but that quickly turned into comfort, ease, and excitement thanks to the amazing care we received.
I have so much respect for people who take pride in what they do--and over the past 72 hours, we witnessed nothing short of that. It was also wonderful that the entire team was made up of incredible women, which made my wife feel especially comfortable
A huge shoutout to the SuperStars we'll never forget: Lila, Christina, Bayan, and Hannah . And of course, a big thank you to all the other staff members we didn't get to know as well but who played a part in our beautiful experience

I want to say this is the worst hospital and emergency room I've ever seen in my life. They're slow, unorganized, and you can sit for two hours while you're in severe pain, and they just say, "There's nothing we can do." This hospital is completely irresponsible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here at all.
