The wait in the waiting room was very minimal. The waiting room was very clean and not crowded. All of Dr. Chavez's staff was very kind and patient with my 95yo mother. Dr. Chavez's bedside manner was exemplary. She spent over 30 minutes asking questions to find out everything about my mom. And when she spoke to mom, she leaned in close when she saw she was hard of hearing. She also informed us of the many Medicare benefits we were eligible for. She was honest and compassionate, understanding that we only wanted to keep my mom comfortable without sending her out for many tests and specialist visits. I would highly recommend Dr Chavez if you are looking for someone who is not trying to steal your money and truly sees your loved one as a human being and not another paycheck.
