The parking is aweful and it's a bad neighborhood. You have to park blocks away and hope your car is still there when your done. The waiting time is long after your appointment time.(sometimes an hour after your appointment time). I gave them a paper explaining that I'm enrolled in the QMB program telling them its against federal law to charge me co pays yet they charged me a co pay on each visit and refuse to refund my money also a violation of federal law. The women at the front desk are useless...even my insurance company complained about them when trying to explain to them they were violating federal law and when I called the woman I spoke to said,"I'm so confused"...very unprofessional place.
