I went to the office today. The staff there are very nice, but I never the Doctor, I always see a different doctor. The doctor told me I have to get another test that is going to cost me $90.00 out of my pocket at St. Marys General Hospital. I am on a budget I live on S.S. So, I immediately called and they the operator that I needed to talk to the doctor, she told me they will call you back. I waited and no call

I should've read all the reviews before I scheduled my appointment When calling for the appointment it sounded like so much static like you speaking to someone at the bottom of an ocean!! Very bad location in Passaic parking was very very limited The staff at the window are horrible and unprofessional just giggling and passing time The worse was the waiting time which was extremely long and frustrating it them over an hour just to take my cards and left me waiting where there was a whole bunch of people still waiting ahead of me I had no choice but to cancel my appointment at the spot I can't spend half of my day for just a follow up No apology can be accepted because it's seems like this will be constantly a repeat of the same issues that other reviewers had mentioned and you are not really doing anything about it Good luck !!!!!!!! I'll find a better place for sure there's so many Just a waist of time

My mother was an inpatient at st mary's and has a followup appointment with one of the doc's at the passaic location. I been calling them to find out if they have all her reports but i get no answer but instead i am told someone from the office will call you but no one has called me back. The day of the appointment i been calling them but the operator dont pick up and one time he picked up i was on hold for 10 mins and the asked to transfer to the office , it seemed it was frustrated and upon transferrring no one picked up at the office. I dont want to go to this office no more

My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn't get seen till 4:30. The waiting room was packed when I arrived 10 minutes early. I can understand running a few minutes behind but what is the point of having an appointment time if you're not going to see a patient till an hour later. Waste of my time.

Horrible location they canceled my appointment cause I couldn't come in earlier then my scheduled appointment to appease them and their needs wish I could have given 0
