The facility is newly constructed and well-maintained, with a clean and organized office environment. The staff members are both friendly and professional in their interactions. However, one aspect that could enhance the overall experience is the addition of a warm smile, which is often appreciated by patients in any medical setting.

My wife wore a heart monitor as recommended by this practice. For at least two weeks we have been trying to learn the results. This has entailed an inane game of phone tag with many promises for the medical staff person to call back "as soon as she finished with a patient". Those promised calls never happened even after escalating the issue with another unfilled promise of a call. Why could the results not be posted on the Valley portal as happens with every other medical provider? Why couldn't the results be included in a voice mail as we have authorized? Not a happy customer--why take a test if you can't learn what the results were?

Dr. Kochav thoroughly explained everything in detail to calm my nerves/ anxiety before the procedure. I'm very thankful to Dr. Kochav for successful procedure , her professionalism and experience. The VMG team was also very good.
