Pediatric Cardiology

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My kid had an appointment 4 years back. I called them to make a new appointment. Apparently they send me to collectors 4 years back to pay some bill which my insurance didn't cover, I never received any emails, phone calls or post mails regarding that, It was a surprise to me. They tried to charge insurance for more than 3K for 1 appointment and of cause insurance didn't pay full amount, and finally they send me to collectors for a bit more than 100$. They had a correct address(I asked the address which they have on file) but the bills were send to old address(my very old address), never heard any apology from them!

First I never got to meet the doctors, because the receptionist was very quick to judge and deny me. I'm very disappointed with how she treated me on the phone. I called only twice and she gave me such a hard time. First I called for an appointment for a standard procedure (fetal echocardiogram) and she questioned why and i said because the doctor said it was needed to make sure the baby was ok, she said it wasn't a good enough reason, and had me call my oby-gyn to ask for a real reason i needed to get scheduled. So I checked with my doctor again and called this office again to tell her it was the standard procedure and my doctor said its needed for all pregnancy. She proceeds to deny my request and to tell me my insurance would get rejected, quick to assume and was quick to say on the phone i couldn't afford to pay, not even asking me if i was ok with paying. It was very unprofessional and she was very rude and i was never given a chance to ask questions or told other options but was lectured instead. I can't recommend this place.

HORRIBLE - I wish I could give it NO STARS. The receptionists are 100% rude and non-compassionate about your needs. First appointment was an emergency unplanned visit. Since they were "squeezing" me in they could not guarantee how long of a wait. Was given an apt. time of 8:45am and was not seen until almost 9:30am. The follow up apt. was 4 weeks later and I scheduled the first available apt. of the day! I arrived at 8:40am and was not seen until 9:25am after I asked nicely what the issue was. The receptionist rudely responded that there was an Emergency; however, they have taken everyone in that came before and after me. They even took in a FRIEND of theirs who did not even have an apt!!!! So your telling me that my emergency I had to wait 45 minutes, and now I have an apt. but still have to wait over 20 minutes because of someone else. What a ridiculous response, and the receptionists answer was well if you want you can reschedule and came back! COME BACK! I've been here waiting for 45 minutes, why would anyone take off of work again and come here to sit and experience the same exact thing again! STAY AWAY. By the time they took me in my heart rate was through the roof, which caused my babies to be as well (great way to treat a patient who's unborn baby may have a particular heart problem).

Appointment's are nearly impossible. AND PLEASE change the receptionist Donna. Loves to argue when you have to reschedule appointment's due to kids sports. UNREAL. CAN SOMEONE RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THANKS

Called to make an appointment for the first time and the receptionist right off the bat was asking me if I have already met my deductible because they charge like $2500 and she was pretty sure I was going to get that billed. I didn't even gave her my insurance information and she was already preparing me to pay that amount. Good Bye will try a different doctor.
