Dr. Flanzman is one of the best doctor's I've seen. She is very attentive and caring and obviously spends a good deal of time considering the needs of her patients. So glad she is my primary care doctor - her guidance is always thoughtful and appreciated.

There is no question here, but a few things: You phone tree stinks. It is too long and when it was supposed to get me to my doctor, it sent me to my survey. I was not there to see my PCP, I was there to see my Endocrinologist. She is outstanding.

Today, the woman who schedules appointments over the phone would not schedule me an in-person appointment to see my provider (that I've seen for over a decade) because I had a fever. I needed a sick visit and she kept saying I couldn't come in because I had a fever but that I could do a telehealth appointment. I did not need a telehealth appointment, I was sick. Since when did doctors stop seeing sick people? I will be looking for a new doctor.
