The practice is very unorganized from start to finish. The front desk was not friendly or courteous. She was actually very snippy. My records were never obtained even though my previous provider brought me into this practice when he retired. I actually had to fax report myself and the had mixed messages from provider. I was told that I would have to have a second visit the go over reports that should have been there for first visit. This is a waste of time,effort and money. I have made a new patient appointment with a different doctor and practice. I will never see another doctor here.

Extremely disorganized to say the least. The women working at the front desk are rude and dismissive. You can hardly ever get a hold of anyone over the phone during their normal business hours. My primary care doctor never knows who I am, despite being a patient for over 5 years. I would strongly recommend finding another practice in the area. It's the responsibility of the physician to communicate with their patient, however, the mismanagement of this particular office seems to make that much more difficult than necessary.

Like other reviewers, I also never receive a proper call back from the office staff. Most of my calls go straight to voicemail, and when I do speak with someone they promise to take down my information and have the doctor call. There have been times when I called the office back after waiting a week, speak to the same staff member, and they act like we never spoke. Beyond the abysmal staff experience, Dr. Mezic is quite knowledgeable and effective with proper follow-up. However, I won't be going back to this office until I hear the staff experience has been cleaned up.

Like the other reviews - the staff is rough. I set up an appointment for 10:15am on a Wednesday. They were very specific to tell me to get here early because there was new patient paperwork to fill out. I arrived at 9:57am. The three ladies up front were gossiping and didn't acknowledge that I even existed. I signed in on the clipboard and waited. Finally in a break in the chatter amongst the three, I walked back up at 10:05 and received a glare from the woman seated by the window. I said that I was told to come early for new patient paperwork. She told me that if I signed in, to have a seat and they would call me. At 10:15 when my appointment was scheduled they called me up and handed me a thick packet to fill out. Not a good start. Edit: Doctor was great. Office has followed up and second visit went much more smooth, mostly driven by support staff. Review updated with elevated scores

I called the Old Bridge office on 11/13/19 at 11:42 AM to make an appointment. The call lasted 8 minutes and 38 seconds. The lady with whom I spoke said that she had a slot for new patients for 11/19/19 at 11:45 AM. I accepted the appointment and was so grateful that I got an appointment so soon. I took the day off from work for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I started second guessing whether the appointment time was 11:15 or 11:45 and found it kind of odd that I did not receive reminder notifications for the appointment. All doctors offices nowadays send you reminders by text leading up to the day of your appointment. At 10:38 AM, before leaving the house for the appointment, I decided to call the office to double check the time for the appointment. Since Google maps was indicating that the office was less than a 10 minute drive from me, I did not want to get there too early and wait unnecessarily. To my dismay when I called I was told that there was no appointment in the system for me. This was the last thing I expected to hear. Of course, no attempt was made to make any special accommodations for me. No empathy or apology was offered. Not one time did they accept ownership of what happened or even considered that they may have made a mistake. It's as if I was begging the lady to believe me when I said I called and was given an appointment. The next appointment offered to me was almost a month away. Such a poor experience without even stepping through the door!
