I have always had a good experience at shore pulmonary with Dr Mikhail He would always listen to what I was saying and never rushed me. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is very nice and I'd like to say that Kim is so helpful when you go there. And will go out of her way to help you.

Shore Pulmonary is extremely unprofessional! I have left over eight messages over two months to schedule an appointment and not one call back through their central booking. Yes I'm over due for my yearly but my last appointment was cancelled and rescheduled three or more times. Then I call in one morning on the Dr's line option one when calling in and finally get a live person on the phone that could not help me schedule an appointment but put me on hold twice with the promise that someone would call me back shortly. After a couple hours I received a call from accounting that I'm overdue for a $50.00 co-pay that the office forgot to collect from two years ago. So I explained that I paid cash and to my fault probably tossed my receipt, no worries but then I asked is this the reason that I have not received a call back because I owe $50.00 from two years ago and I have sleep apnea. Without a visit I can not get sleep supplies? Accounting replied "Absolutely not the reason, some will call you shortly." Well one day later still no call but did get another call from accounting stating that I did not pay cash and their office did not or makes mistakes, someone will call you to make an appointment soon. Now three days later, I gave it some time and no call back to schedule an appointment. So I decided to contact the office manager and resolve this issue and get put to voicemail with no call back! Shocked! The team is a reflection of the management so I'm not shocked I did not get a call back. This group is part of Hackensack Meridian Inner Circle and I will be calling Monday morning to express how unprofessional and carefree that this medical group treats their patients. Best part is that I called another group to see if I could get an appointment and with in fifteen minutes I could get in very soon and I guess Hackensack Meridian Inner Circle Groups do not all treat their patients the same.. To be honest the fifty dollars is not my issue, the fact that a Hackensack Meridian Medical Group makes it impossible to deal with anyone and resolve my issue. I have sleep apnea for 21 years and I'm 100% compliant and now I can not get supplies.... Great way to Treat you patients!!! BTW I miss Dr Miskoff office was better off....

Saw dr Elsawaf in june. He would not accept what I said about another provider there who gave me incorrect information and wanted to keep arguing with me over it rather than carry on with the appointment. He gave me a script for a chest x-ray told me I would probably not be able to have it done in June and I'd have to wait till july. It was done in June and it is now July 8th and I have not heard anything back as far as the report although I have already seen it what kind of caring doctor is this. UPDATE...It is now July 14th and even after leaving a message for Elsawaf still no response to my chect ct? UNACCEPTABLE!

Saw Dr Mikhail recently. He listened carefully to my issue, ordered the appropriate test and prescribed the proper medication. He was kind and made me feel well cared for. The office staff was also great and friendly. Highly recommended.
