I love this doctor, he's a very good listener, I left my last cardiologist because he wouldn't listen he wanted to put me on medication right away so I went to Dr. Astudillo for a second opinion, he ran complete test on me he's very thorough and extremely humble, very very nice doctor and also very good with a great personality, Thank you Dr.Lou

Dr. Astuldillo is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with. He is kind, compassionate, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. Dr. Astudillo genuinely listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. He also has a great team; shout out to his assistants Maria and Oreo! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone needing a cardiologist.

Worst staff ive seem in my life!!! I brought my disable mother as a new patient and after explained for so long not to call the emergency number for confirmation... the lady at the front desk wouldn't understand that an emergency number is not to confirm appointments is for EMERGENCIES.. i explained several times that the emergency number is my disable mom's but not to call there because im the one that handles everything due to her strokes she cant keep track plus, she gets very anxious and nervous and she doesnt speak english. I asked again just not to call the primary number which is mine, But still would keep on arguing that they need to call that number because is moms... why is so hard to follow the forms??? i put the right number as primary and the right number as emergency. And that lady was so rude!!!! At the very beginning of the conversation she told me of.. if i was going to tell her how to do her job?? And of course not! I just telling you what works for me!!! And thats what should matter.. what works for the patient.. Then she called her manager, thing i didnt ask for and the lady was about the same thing.. btw im on my moms hippa forms.. After going back and forward i had enough and we walked out.. I definitely dont want to bring my disabled mother to a place where dont know how to listen or treat a patient.. a new patient. Plus i would totally get and understand if they did a mistake, they got confused or anything of that nature, at the end is not a big deal at all.. but the lady started arguing that it had to call the emergency number to confirm because its listed and its because is my mom's, but its listed as an emergency contact.. and doesnt matter how many times i explained they didnt want to listen.. I would never take my mom to a place like that where they treat patients with rudeness and disvalue.

I been seeing Dr. Astudillo for over 5 years. And will recommend him as a great Dr. and Person.
