This was my 1st time there and I always heard great things about how Dr Correia, he was very attentive and listened to his patients. My experience was no different, he asked me questions to understand what I was experiencing and made his recommendation to eliminate any doubt and get to the roots of the cause of my visit. His office team were also very welcoming and friendly, and their appointment scheduling was on point. My visit was a great experience

From start to finish I was met with professional and friendly staff. I had to get a full body MRI and I am claustrophobic! With the help of the technician explaining each step of the process...literally down to how long each test will last. I was able to get through it. MUSIC RELAXES ME AND THEY PUR A HEADSET ON ME PLAYING ANY RADIO STATION I WANTED. LET ME TELL YOU, WITHOUT THAT, I WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO REMAIN CALM AND STILL....WITH THE MUSIC, I DID WONDERFUL(TECHS WORDS). THANK YOU ST MICHAELS RADIOLOGY...ILL BE BACK...IF I NEED TO BE

From the reception area to the cardiac department, every staff member I encountered was pleasant, friendly, and reassuring. A hospital stay naturally comes with anxiety, but under Dr. Joaquim Correia's direction, expertise, and guidance, I felt safe, confident, and well cared for. I am truly grateful for the professionalism and kindness I received throughout my stay.
The fast track emergency staff was amazing. They answered all mine and my son's many questions. They were gentle with him and they made me laugh. Definitely eased my worried mind. But one nurse that stood out the most was Chanel. She is very kind and professional. She handled my son with care and consideration. I truly appreciate her and the rest of the staff. They made a stressful situation not feel so bad
