Arrived at 9:00, appointment was for 9:30 at the 1:00 mark I asked to see a manger to be explained why the wait was 4 hours. They had no explanation. Appointment was for abdulhadi quadri md for a endoscopy. Complete waist of time and disrespectful staff.
Good service. The wait is a pain, if your appointment is at a certain time you should be seen at that time. Receptionists are great, of course bad days can lead to some bas attitudes but in the end pretty good.
The 1 star is for the administration, and the office staff. They are not only rude but very slow. They totally forgot that they should be working according on what they do. CUSTOMER SERVICE! In the other hand 5 stars to the MDs and the Laboratories. The instalation and location is very clean!
Amazing doctors and staff. On May 19 my 87 year old mother was on site and had a medical emergency. Her heart stopped, doctors saved her life thru CPR, mouth to mouth, and paddle's. She was than transported by ambulance to University Hospital were she was in ICU for 3 weeks. She is now home and doing quite well given her age and trauma she went thru. My entire family will be forever grateful.
No stars. System force you to put at least one star. 3 consecutive appointment cancellation by doctor or because lack of survice. Worst I have seen..time to change doctor.
