This was my second visit to this place. 1st visit waited over 45min to see about a vein problem that my foot doctor referred. Was told I need and ECHO/VASCULAR appt and a NUCLEAR STRESS TEST. I asked if they validate for parking in the garage, YES. Gave the ticket to the garage who say the will take $1 off the price of $ $10. Outrageous! Prior to this, I made an appt for these test. A few day later got a call that they have an opening and to come in the next day for the Nuclear Stress test at 10:30. I looked around for street parking, arrived in time the waiting area was full, checked in and waited...waited for over almost 2hrs at noon I had enough. Told the folks at the desk that this is unacceptable and unprofessional to have folks wait like this without a curiosity of letting me know why. They got the doctor and was told to wait. My time is very important and when doctors offices have people seating waiting this long, something is wrong! I am diabetic and was told no food or drink at least 4 hours prior to test. Hungry and upset for having to wait this long I left the building after telling the doctors office staff that this is unacceptable. On 1/28/2023 I received a bill for "NO SHOW" of $250. I immediately noticed their billing office and was told to call the office. The doctor will call me back per the office manager. Never received a call back from Dr Khalil Kaid. I forwarded the bill to my Medicaid insurance company as notification of this unacceptable practice that doctors are doing. My time is just as valuable as the doctors and to be disrespected like this, then demand payment for services not rendered is unprofessional in 2023.

I've been coming to Dr Kaid for four years now and I've always liked his office but things have changed there. His office staff is rude and don't care about the patients. I've traveled a distance to see him but it's not worth it anymore. It's a shame. I'll be looking for someone else.

Excellent doctor! Dr. Kaid is respectful and personable, I felt very comfortable to discuss my concerns. He was very attentive and did not rush through our visit. Highly recommend if in the area!!

The best doctor I ever had in my life I will always recommend you to everyone I know believe me people he cares for you just like he cares for him self.... Amazing staff and you are an intelligent doctor thank you for saving me...keep up the good work
