I tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient but was immediately met with the male receptionist's rude, unfriendly, and annoyed tone. He acted like helping me was an inconvenience, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and this experience alone was enough to turn me away. I also see this isn't the first review mentioning unfriendly staff, so management should really take this seriously.
