Another case of great doctors, awful staff. Called on a Thursday at their request to schedule a procedure, was told their scheduler is out, call back tomorrow (Friday). Called back Friday, told their scheduler is out, call back Monday. Called back Monday, told scheduler is not in. Asked for her voicemail, they had to rummage around to figure how. Got a generic "leave a message", and I left a message hopefully for their scheduler. Should I still have confidence in a practice that has a staff like this? If you worked for a corporation and treated callers like this, would you still have a job?
