The team was amazing with my pup while she was in the hospital for several days. Dr. Vail, Kristina, Beth, and everyone at the office really went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. It was such a relief knowing she was in good hands with people who truly care about your pet. I really appreciate all the support and communication during such a stressful time!
Visit @ NorthStar Vets Maple Shade 11/3/25 w/Gabby friendly feral. Suffering from severe diarrhea/vomiting/zero eating, etc. The staff & Dr Melissa Berg were friendly and very competent. No sedation! Trinity, Amber, Grace & I'm sure I'm forgetting someone. I even made friends with "Shady" (resident British Shorthair). I highly recommend here, when Dr Berg is on duty.
Everyone was very attentive friendly and welcoming. Both receptionists Zaniya Beatrice were very approachable and welcoming. The tech Amanda was very brief, kind, and approachable. Dr. Vail saw our 5month old Golden retriever and was very thorough and knowledgeable. They didn't try to upsell services. Overall I would recommend this hospital over a bunch others, especially in an emergency.
I'm a fan! I waited hours trying to get through to Animal Poison Control and gave up and went directly to NorthStar VETS - Maple Shade (saved me $300). I dropped my blood pressure pill and he beat me to it. Benny is a 10 month old puppy) NorthStar vets let me come immediately and while they also had challenges getting through. To (APC) they went straight into checking him out and doing a few tests and monitored him for hours. Benny is fine, but I also needed to be kept informed about his condition probably more than I should have. They were kind and gracious and I always felt we were in good hands. Dr Jones was great. I've been there before with another dog and they were just as wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
My first time here and everyone is so friendly, compassionate, and really cares! I brought my rescue BLU here as we suspect he has the feline leukemia virus. They did a thorough examination and sent his blood work out for further testing. I'm hopeful my boy will be OK, but I feel very comfortable and confident being at NORTH STAR knowing he is getting exactly what he needs during this hard time.
