For starters the girls who answer phone are so nasty but if you get nasty back it's "respect" the workers! Dr. Gidwaney was so nice while I had endoscopy but after that it was like Jekyll and Hyde. As if I didn't know her. Extremely condescending, which is so unprofessional she takes my illness as a joke as if it's not important she told me well. I call you every time you asked me to call you and when I told her she takes an oath to care for sick people she didn't like it and then I received a letter they would discharge me from the practice. They also have a 15 minute grace period for you to be late. I was there 11 minutes late, but I had to wait for three people in front of me and they turned me away and I drive from a half an hour away. Don't recommend them

Some of the doctors here my family have seen have been incredible. Others have missed key details. The nurses and most office staff are very helpful, however it's very hard to reach them, they need to have a system that puts patients on hold not goes to a voicemail after 30 seconds and most times your message is not returned. I end up needing to call in several times for someone to answer to get anywhere. They also have problems with faxes at times as well. I also had a situation where a doctor never called back after 3 calls to on call for an urgent situation.

Do not waste your time with this office. I went there today. I need an endoscopy. The earliest appointment is for June!!! I will have better luck going to the ER to get tested. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a test for a problem that I am having now.

I have an appointment in 2 weeks haven't been there yet. They are causing me so much stress already by the staff. I told them not to call me I'm almost deaf it sounds distorted to me but they kept in calling & i didn't answer. Sent papers to fill out, I sent my insurance card info & a copy still not satisfied . I sent the check for my co pay & info about me to save time & the doctor could read about me first. They sent it all back cause I had to post date the check for the first when I get my monthly money. I sent it all back including the check cause its my last one waiting for new ones asking them if they have to live from month to month to get their money. I bet they don't. I'm on a fixed income & this is how you get treated. I made copies if all this so after my visiting is being sent to my doctor to show her what goes on with the staff.

The worse most non understanding doctors and medical office I have ever dealt with. They told me I would see a gastroenterologist which actually ended up to be a "doctors assistant". They said I needed a "simple procedure" done which was an endoscopy (by the actual doctor). They never prepared me for what I was going to endure which was anesthesia it was an actual surgery type of process (it had on my chart that I have extreme anxiety so not to be mentally prepared is a big deal). I was under the impression that it would be something very similar to an upper GI (which their office staff made it out to be). They do not care for their patients. It's all money and go with them. I highly recommend you use this practice as a last resort.
