I really tried to give this doctor a chance based on the reviews. The office staff are rude and do not greet you. When you call them, they rush to hang up and end the conversation. The doctor speaks too quickly and doesn't provide answers or guidance on any preventative measures. She just prescribes pills. My wife and I went in for a physical. She did blood work the other week and she is yet to receive a follow up about the test results. When she calls she gets the run around. They also sent the wrong prescription to our pharmacy twice, and were suppose to correct that and call us back. Of course they never did. There's other primary doctors around. I recommend to look elsewhere.

This doctor's office fell short of competence in several ways: 1. The doctor told me I may have leukemia or need a bone marrow biopsy based on one blood test with a high white blood cell count. She referred me to a hematologist. The two physicians who have reviewed that blood work after her do not agree with her assessment. (Google also told me she was wrong.) 2. The doctor prescribed me a controlled substance that she had never discussed with me without asking if I had any conditions that contradicted its use. 3. The doctor's staff informed me that preauthorization for a medication had been denied. I asked if the office would appeal and they said no. I called my insurance and the office had never asked for preauthorization at all. Run away. Don't waste your time or your patience with this practice. Update since the practice responded: It's not "proactive" to tell a patient they may have leukemia based on one blood test result when they had taken a steroid the day before--it's stupid. I think the doctor actually forgot I had taken a medication that made my results abnormal and was too embarrassed to correct herself when I reminded her. They didn't ask for preauthorization of the medication; they responded to my insurance sending them a fax after the practice had told me the preauthorization had been denied and I called my insurance to appeal. When I called my insurance, my insurance company informed me that no one had ever asked for preauthorization of the medication. See the attached messages from the practice when that happened. The "new medication" was a controlled substance that I was never counseled on at all.

Honestly the front staff and whoever answers and does appointments is horrible. It says to book online and this is now the third time I book online for them to always tell me we don't have that appointment available. I don't get why they don't update the schedule online, it is super frustrating. Then the staff member Maria has the audacity to say she has been trying to reach me all day, when she left me one voicemail that I returned and no one answered, I left a voicemail, I also got a text message which I also responded to. She asked me when my last physical was, I stated it was around this time last year but I couldn't remember exactly. Figured she could see that in the system and confirm exactly. All she said was oh yeah it was. I get to the office, for the front desk lady to tell me I had a physical in December and my insurance won't cover it. I said why did no one tell me on the phone yesterday, I talked to Maria. She goes i don't know. That's a horrible response. Thankfully I was still able to see the doctor and get my blood work done. But the front desk staff is always the issue, the doctor is good otherwise.

Dr. Jeereddy is a wonderful physician. She is patient, does not rush you, listens and gives detailed explanations to your questions. The office staff is wonderful as well. Efficient and very nice to deal with. I highly recommend Dr. Jeereddy... A+ practice!
