The worst doctor I've ever seen. They want me to keep coming back one visit at a time when it is not efficient from me and I'm far away need to take the whole day off from work. They don't do multiple tests at the same day and want to keep collecting my copay which is a high amount. They won't send my reports to my primary care doctor because again they want to collect my copay and waste a whole day of my time. There is long wait just to see the doctor and they talk to me for 5 minute that's it. They are affiliated with jersey City medical center which is the only reason I went to them but they have the worst bed side manner. Do not recommend

Long wait times (i.e. 2 hrs+ about 10 mins with Dr. Javed) regardless if you have an appointment. Be sure to document your new appointment date and get a E-MAIL confirmation AND written on their business card. If you have to Cancel, BE SURE to get the NAME of the person you are talking to. I was billed a co-payment for a procedure I had no knowledge I was scheduled for, I paid it. Their Patient Fusion webSite is a joke, They do not even check it. I have to answer about 12 questions EVERYTIME I have an appointment and they STILL ask me what medications I am taking.

The doctors here are top notch. The support staff is awful. It's hard to believe that competent professionals can't be found to staff the office. The doctors will save your life but the staff may kill you.
