Worst practice in the state of NJ. 2 weeks to return a phone call. office loses paperwork, rude staff. wait 2 hours for appointment- many more competent practices around

Beyond nasty staff. With in one minute of talking i knew it was not worth it, telling me that i dont need a EP when i currently have an EP but want a second opinion...like thanks desk jockey i work in Healthcare and unlike you i have a medical background dont tell me what i need or dont need. What a joke of a hackensack healthcare dr if there was a way to remove them from the hackensack inner circle i would be all over that. Sadly ill be telling anyone i know personally or work related to not use this dr on the sole fact of the office. You should be ashamed of your self

I like Dr. Zyad Younan and think he is a competent cardiologist. My issue is with the setting and conditions under which I had my in office echocardiogram. I get that the office is under construction and making due. But when one is disrobed from the waist up laying on a stretcher and there is nothing but a 2 foot screen separating you from people traversing through the space through open doors at either end of the room (and you can see the faces of the people walking through the room, that's how little privacy there is) that is completely unacceptable. The lack of consideration for patient privacy during such a test is unprofessional to say the least.

Contrary to other reviews, my wait time was only 15 minutes in waiting room. Dr. Younin was very thorough with my exam and explained entire ablation procedure that I will be having. I know I am in good hands!

Very rude staff. Receptionist AWFUL and clueless, show no sympathy and/or interest in helping patients. Avoid coming here at any cost..
