In my mine I was thinking they provably want me to take a visit to the doctor. So I call to get me an appointment. I stay in the phone for 22 min THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THey hangout of me two time them I call back with the same resultado.
I tray the refill line, them the appointment NOTHING WORK FOR THIS OFFICE
My calls were at 2.32pm for 12min 6sec,2.31pm 1min 13sec, ,2.30pm 47sec,and 2.23pm 6min 29sec.

Great doctors. They're the only reason I continue my visits here. The receptionists are what's the problem. They'd rather finish their conversation before tending to patients, obviously knowing someone is standing in front of them. The same two "bad eggs" have been there for so long and nothing's changed, hopefully someone will see this and give them a talk; it's been too long. Fingers crossed.
P.S. - Don't bother with an appointment because with or without one, you'll still have to wait for the walk-ins. No offense to walk-ins, that's me sometimes, but what's the point if you have an appointment?

Dr. Kahf is full of himself for a doctor who doesn't call his patients back or have the decency to actually call during a timed video appointment. I have had COVID for the last week and needed to see him for my other sicknesses but couldn't go into the office due to having COVID. I made an appointment for virtual on a Monday and he never called, did the same on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and of course they are closed on Fridays and refuse to do virtual on Saturday. So I called back on Monday explaining what happened and was hung up on then when I called back no one answered so I left a voice mail to contact me back or I'm finding another doctor. Guess who's looking for another primary doctor. It's sad and what's funnier is the first appointment I had with him he told me he had people all over the country coming to see him, what a crock.

I've been coming here for years. Dr. Khaf Sr. is my PCP. He is the absolute best. Through him I found out I was expecting my first born... 13 years ago. He is caring and funny & makes you feel welcomed with his big smile. The staff are very busy and can come off that way, so I ask for patience with them. They mean no harm. I advise you to come in earlier than your appt. time, so you aren't waiting too long. Again, they are a busy practice. The nurses are so caring and they remember their patients for the most part. I stay with this practice, because of Dr. Khaf Sr.
