I'm a Registered Nurse- and I have been beyond disappointed with this office! The incompetence and disorganization is beyond words. 1st appointment with my husband - they were very disorganized and were not aware of an appointment he had. We still decided to give the office a second chance. We made a second appointment- when my husband showed up. They said their computer has been down for over a week, and had no knowledge of the appointment or the test he was scheduled for. No apologies no rescheduling just "goodbye have a nice day" As a healthcare worker and my husband a doctor, I have never seen such lack of organization, professionalism and above all empathy. I never write reviews but felt compelled to let everyone know the ineptitude and lack of empathy of this office. Not even an apology to my husband- who had the appointment for over two weeks and had to reschedule his own patients for the appointment. Unreal beyond disappointed. FYI office. Always have a paper schedule book as a backup! Healthcare 101 . Time is our most precious commodity and this office has done nothing but WASTE it!

I scheduled an appointment and was contacted the day of the appt stating they would have to re-schedule. After rescheduling with "George" for another date I was contacted on the new date and told that they would have to reschedule me as they overbooked. When I have pushback that this has happened before and would be the 3rd time scheduling I was told by George that he is sorry. He is new there and set my appointment the same time as another one. Then he hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Can't trust your health to this place!!!!

Had two procedures scheduled for 3pm. One of which I could not eat or drink for 24hrs. Called in the morning to confirm the time. Later received a phone call from them trying to reschedule both.I mentioned I could not and eventually we agreed that I could do one or the tests the next morning. Showed up at 250pm only for them to tell me my appt was at 345. Waited a full hour in the waiting room. In that time one patient came and went. Got up and asked the receptionist to cancel my appt she then called the someone on the phone to ask if they were going to take the patient. Waited another 5 min and nobody came out. Service so bad you'll turn into a Karen and leave your very first review ever. Of course in Karen fashion - it's negative. If you value your time go elsewhere, it's evident that someone wanted to go home early and get their schedule cleared.

Easy, to the point, everything I needed got done and fast. The lady at the front desk, Julie, I believe, very polite and to the point. Made everything easier for me and my experience. Would give 10 stars if possible!

Roxana vega is horrible, I was supposed to get a stress test and angiogram which never got approved and they never called me. They never told me what heart problem I have. Later on I found that I have a cardio vascular disease that needs urgent attention. Don't ever go there. This is a follow up review: I called the office again today and they never got back to. They are so negligent
