On July 19,2022 I went to dr Shukla for heart ablation. He assured me it was routine and he had done several of these procedures. I walked in like everyone and have never walked again. I was left paralyzed. Thru therapy I have regained use of hands but have not walked since. I obviously lost my job and my ability to care for my family while Dr Shukla no doubt goes about his business making millions likely oblivious to what happened to me while under his care. I have all my records, this is not in least bit embellished or overstated in any way. Dr please check your records I'm sure you likely forgot me by now. Thanks
