Coleen at the front desk was pleasurable to share my hearing aid story with one of her own. Made me feel welcome. Carla was an expert at lowering my blood pressure with her calm attitude. Sue was a Jack of all trades that day and Adria is great with appointments written with the best, most legible printing on the planet. This is all to say it's evident they all enjoy working with Dr Armstrong who puts my heart at ease and who judgment I trust for he helps me make the right decisions without telling a patient what to dob thank you all!

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Armstrong. Who is as wonderful of a doctor as he looks! His nurse Kia was such a ray of sunshine. I guess she picked up on my nervousness and started to engage in conversation with me before repeating my vitals. Seems like a small thing but it made me so much calmer. Since Covid a lot of places don't have interpersonal skills but this is one of the few places that still do. Thank you to all the staff. I'll continue to rave about you to everyone I know. You have got yourself a new loyal patient!

Avoid this office at all costs. Everyone who works there is either incompetent, indifferent or both. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Knesevic. They canceled that appointment the day before and rescheduled me for a week later with the wrong doctor. When I called, they switched it back to Dr. K, but changed the appointment time. When I called to confirm 2 days before the appointment, I was told that my appointment was not with Dr. K but with another doctor. After giving me a hard time, they agreed to schedule me with Dr. K but once again changed the appointment time. When I finally got the office mgr on the phone, she agreed to let me see Dr. K at the original time. She also said she would send me forms (via email) to fill out and bring for my first visit but she did not. At this point I gave up and started looking for another cardiologist, hoping that I wouldn't have a heart attack in the meantime. What a joke.

I went to this office specifically for Dr. Armstrong. My father had a heart attack & was diagnosed with dementia 5 years ago. When he left Lenox Hill, I took him for his appointments in Manhattan. After learning that office wasn't keeping Dr. Armstrong on, I made the trip and took my dad to see him here. I was having a very hard time the whole time, but especially the beginning stages. Dr. Armstrong was always compassionate, listened and was very helpful to me & my dad so I kept my father with him. Unfortunately, he declined ever since late 2020 and I was unable to even take him for his appointments. He sadly passed this past February and I thank Dr. Armstrong for all his care. My dad was very fond of him also.

Had an extremely rude receptionist give me very unprofessional attitude for daring to call and ask about getting an EKG done for an upcoming surgery. I thought that Cardiology places could perform a basic EKG but apparently that's too difficult for them to even explain without getting severe attitude. Simply asking about it got me the nastiest reception I have ever received. Someone should take a look at those receptionist recordings and clean house.
