Dr Cohen is an excellent physician. Kind, compassionate, and extremely competent. Dr Cohen is a gem and a true gentleman. He takes his time to make sure you understand what is going on with you and why he recommends his course of action. I feel very fortunate that he is my doctor and I highly recommend him
Amazing. Caring. Honest. Friendly. Professional. I have not received such positive treatment in a very long time from a physician especially within the Summit Medical Health Group. I missed an appointment due to a family emergency. While they do not have late evening or weekend appointments available at this time I was able to be seen when the Medical Assistant called me to follow up and I was luckily able to be seen same day my schedule allowed it. Dr. Cohen took the time to actually listen to my concerns he didn't just write me off or say yeah this is happening because of your age, your body type, your appearance, or your weight. He focused on the matter at hand -- my health and even took the time to give me reassurance by scheduling a follow up for my condition. What an amazing doctor!! We are losing our doctors from the past but thankfully we have new doctors coming in that have excellent bedside manner with the knowledge and experience of those before them. I had a patient visit with Dr. Randy Cohen today and I was impressed how well he listened to me and allowed me to explain my health issues without making me feel rushed or stupid. I haven't had the best personal experiences with doctors in the past so interacting with him was a breath of fresh air. He has the bedside manner he was easy to talk to and put me at ease. I am truly thankful for finding him.
Impossible to cancel an appointment, even with 5 days notice. Operator asked for my address (which I never provided), and then said the address I provided wasn't the address on file! I only have one address! Please cancel my appointment for Monday January 30th.
